[6th october][wednesday][2oo4]
today sucked. i had to take a taxi to school at 7.45am coz i couldn't finish the cme project we had to present today. and why didn't i finish it? coz of the cretin. it's ALWAYS HIM. i am SO ANGRY but i can't show it (it's tiring to). but that doesn't mean i'll live this lying down.
being late means i either have to go for detention, or run 3 rounds in the field. i chose to run. felt quite stupid. the time i reached there the previous batch of a lot of people running 3 rounds have already completed their run. so i was running alone )=*!!
coz i'm slow it was 8am already, and i'm still running. everyone was returning to their classes. grrrrr jack saw me and made sure i know.
sis and yaqi were late too, but they were earlier than me so they waited for me to run. i felt like my whole morning was ruined. the stupid morning run made me so warm and sticky. we spent at least 10 mins in the toilet.
the worst part was that. the diskette was cracked, and i can't remember if it was cracked already, or i happened to sit on it. couldn't open it in the teacher's laptop. and for that bloody project, i spent $5 (taxi), had to run 3 rounds and waste over 1 hour this morning to complete it. omygosh, i am still very VERY sore about it. i still thought we were going to make it big. everyone in class did the
same thing, kholberg's theory or smth like that. we chose to explain how a law gets passed.
if only i had completed it last day. mrs fenandez mentioned that the groups who presented yesterday set the standard, and sort of hinted that those who presented today got much lesser marks. that futher upset me. it's just not fair.
but we did present (all words) without the slides. luckily i did prepare a script! jaymie and i were making cue cards.. and the dumb chem test. ms chong didn't come, so a lot of people slept 5 mins into the test, while i was cutting and pasting stuff. actually i could do the last question, but i don't have foolscap paper, so i didn't bother...
sigh~ luckily things did get better. for the interest elective program, jaymie and i got into inline skating! liting, jing & simone got the dreamweaver mx course. minnie, yaqi, sis got into archery. we've all gotten our 1st choices and glad for that.
